Cancellation charges apply as per the policy communicated at booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–21 working days to the original payment method.
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. Explorez provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
Itinerary changes may be made due to weather, local conditions, or operational reasons. Amendment charges may apply for changes requested by the traveller after confirmation.
Flight schedules are subject to airline policies. Explorez is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
Hotel allocation is subject to availability at check-in. In case of unavailability, an equivalent or upgraded property will be provided at no extra cost.
Explorez acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers. Our liability is limited to the services directly arranged by us.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. Indian law governs these terms and conditions.
