  • 36 days or more before arrival: No standard cancellation charge, subject to individual supplier conditions
  • 21–35 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost
  • 11–20 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost
  • 01–10 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the tour cost
  • Hotel confirmations and all travel services are subject to availability.
  • The quoted prices are dynamic and may change until the booking is confirmed.
  • The package is based only on the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Group tours operate according to fixed schedules and designated pickup points.
  • Group transfers may involve waiting time while collecting other participants.
  • Vehicles are not at disposal unless specifically mentioned.
  • The sequence of sightseeing may be changed due to weather, traffic, local conditions or operational requirements.
  • Cruises, cable cars, boat rides and outdoor activities are subject to weather and safety conditions.
  • Flight timings may be changed by the airline without prior notice.
  • Unused, missed or partially utilised services will be non-refundable.
  • Additional expenses caused by flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes will be payable by the travellers.
  • The package price may not be valid during Vietnamese public holidays, festivals, Lunar New Year, Christmas, New Year or other peak travel periods.
  • Passport and visa requirements must be reconfirmed before departure, as immigration rules may change.
  • Comprehensive international travel insurance is strongly recommended.
