To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please consider the following:
Upgrades and Supplementary Services: Requests for room upgrades or complimentary services during the tour will not be accommodated unless specified at the time of booking.
Unused Services: No refunds will be issued for any services or activities that are not utilized during the tour.
Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit, either in cash or via credit card, is required by hotels and is refundable upon check-out if no incidental charges are incurred. This deposit is not included in the tour quote.
Valuables: Guests are advised against leaving valuables in the vehicle during sightseeing, as the company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
Damage Responsibility: Guests will be held accountable for any damage to the coach or vehicle, whether accidental or otherwise, and will be required to cover repair costs.

Please take note of the following important details regarding your trip:
Price Validity: The holiday prices are valid until May 2025 with rates not applicable during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and major festivals.
Check-in and Check-out: Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs, while check-out is at 1000 hrs. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
Vehicle Usage: The vehicle will not be at guests' disposal for additional sightseeing unless extra charges are paid.
Air Conditioning: Please note that air conditioning may be switched off while traveling in hilly terrains for safety reasons.
Identification: Personal identification, such as a passport or election card, is mandatory for air travel and hotel check-ins due to security regulations.
Driver's Role: The driver is not a guide; they will transport guests to the sightseeing locations as per the itinerary. Guests will explore these sites independently. The itinerary is subject to change.
Hotel Availability: If the specified hotels are fully booked, alternative accommodations of a similar category will be arranged, subject to availability.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on availability and market conditions.
Room Type Quotation: The quoted prices are based on the standard room of each hotel; If unavailable, the additional cost for upgrading will be the responsibility of the guest.
Cancellation Policy
A written cancellation request must be submitted to our company within the specified timeframe, accompanied by the original receipt issued during booking. Cancellations will attract charges as detailed below.
Cancellation Fees: Charges will be calculated based on the total tour cost, with fees varying according to the date of cancellation and the scheduled departure date.
Transport Ticket Rules: Cancellation fees for any transport tickets will follow the regulations of the respective authorities.
Air Tickets: Tickets purchased at special fares are non-refundable, and cancellation charges will be applicable.
