Remarks:
Room Upgrades: Requests for room upgrades or complimentary services during the tour will not be accommodated unless specified at the time of booking.
Unused Services: No refunds will be issued for any services or activities that are not utilized during the tour.
Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit is required by hotels and will be refunded upon check-out if no incidental charges are incurred.
Valuables: Guests are advised against leaving valuables in the vehicle during sightseeing; the company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
Damage Responsibility: Guests will be held accountable for any damage to the coach or vehicle and will be required to cover repair costs.
Special Notes:
Price Validity: Prices are valid until May 2025 and may not apply during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, major festivals).
Check-in/Check-out: Hotel check-in time is at 14:00 hrs, and check-out is at 10:00 hrs. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
Vehicle Usage: The vehicle will not be at guests' disposal for additional sightseeing unless extra charges are paid.
Air Conditioning: Air conditioning may be switched off while traveling in hilly terrains for safety reasons.
Identification: Personal identification (passport or election card) is mandatory for air travel and hotel check-ins.
Driver's Role: The driver is not a guide; they will transport guests to the sightseeing locations, allowing guests to explore independently.
Hotel Availability: If specified hotels are fully booked, alternative accommodations of a similar category will be arranged, subject to availability.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on availability and market conditions.
Room Type Quotation: Quoted prices are based on the standard room of each hotel; if unavailable, additional costs for upgrading will be the responsibility of the guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Requests: A written cancellation request must be submitted within the specified timeframe, accompanied by the original receipt issued during booking.
Cancellation Fees: Charges will be calculated based on the total tour cost, with fees varying according to the date of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure date.
Transport Ticket Rules: Cancellation fees for any transport tickets will follow the regulations of the respective authorities.
Air Tickets: Tickets purchased at special fares are non-refundable, and cancellation charges will apply.
